Are you a first-time trip organizer, or have you done this many times before?

Indier makes organizing your school program straightforward with these four simple steps.

Step 1 - Contact Us

Telephone +86 755 83829601 or at nihao@indier.org for a competitive quote and to discuss your course requirements. We would be happy to chat with you regarding prices and availability at any time. As soon as we learn your course requirements, we will begin creating a program proposal to best meet your needs.

Step 2 - Make a No Obligation Provisional Booking

Once you are satisfied with your custom program proposal, talk to one of our Educational Travel Advisers to make a no obligation provisional booking. We will reserve your space and send you everything you need to proceed with your reservation.

Step 3 - Advertise Your Chosen Course

We will send you a provisional booking pack containing your booking contract and a range of promotional material to help advertise your chosen course. The pack also contains a “Party Leader Booking Guide” to assist you through the booking process; this guide will help answer frequently asked questions and provide you with additional tips and support.

Step 4 - Confirm the Booking

Return your completed contract along with your group’s initial deposit to confirm your booking. Great! All you have left to do is meet the final payment deadlines and get excited about your trip!
