Yangshuo International Adventure Summer Camp 2018
Our programs are exciting adventures and offer students the opportunity to learn, grow and challenge themselves through appropriate activities. A variety of outdoor adventure activities are included in our programs, activities depend on: program site location, staff, and resources. These activities include multi-day trekking, camping, hiking, sea and river kayaking, rock climbing, abseiling, swimming, caving, mountain biking, and many more. Activities require physical effort, mastery of technique, teamwork, trust, and immersion in the outdoor environment.
Indier employs professional guides from all over the world with a variety of different experiences and expertise. All Indier staff are trained in multiple outdoor activities, and safety, including: wilderness first aid, kayaking and water rescue, rock climbing, belaying, and more.
Indier takes a “challenge by choice” approach to the adventure components of our programs. We allow people from all levels of fitness and experience on our programs. Adventure activities and instructions are aimed at the novice/beginner level with options for varying levels of difficulty. We are able to facilitate more challenging activities for people who are experienced in a particular discipline. Generally participants must be healthy enough to comfortably walk for 2-3 hours with a small backpack at minimum. At Indier we believe a healthy body and a healthy mind go hand in hand together!
All activities are instructed in English and Chinese.
